Dr. Rick C. Ernst’s Crisis Coaching is the process by which he coaches high profile individuals in PERSONAL EMERGENCY SITUATIONS or DILEMMAS and organizations on dealing with A MAJOR UNPREDICTABLE EVENT or CRISIS such as an outside menace to an individual and/or the organization or by the misappropriate actions of an individual or the organization.

These misappropriate or outside actions are considered a crisis because it threatens to harm the individual or organization, and/or their brand, its stakeholders, or the public.

The services of Dr. Rick C. Ernst Crisis Coaching involve dealing with crisis, events, threats and/or misappropriate actions after they have occurred.

Whereas crisis situations that require the immediate response of the defusing or resolving of personal and/or corporate issues are absolutely part of Dr. Rick C. Ernst coaching relationships.

However, please understand the only way to have a conference call or face-to-face meeting with Dr. Rick C. Ernst is by having a contractual coaching arrangement with him.
